Interpolimeri has been present on the plastics market since 1983. With the hearquarter in Limena, in the province of Padova and distribution centers located throughout Italy, over the years the company has followed a process of development and expansion of the product range always available in stock. This has allowed Interpolimeri to increase the number of customers (today more than 2000) and to create important synergies with international partners. In recent years, Interpolimeri has opened two new offices: one in Barcelona, in Spain and the other in Porto, Portugal.
The main need, consequent to the strong company growth, was to have an information System which would allow to standardize all the processes between 3 different offices in Italy, Spain and Portugal, as well as to consolidate data between different multinational locations.
Thanks to implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the add-on Eos Platform and to the support of Eos Solutions, Interpolimeri obtaines a better synchronization of item registry, data sheets and all related tables. Sales has obtained a lot of advantages thanks to the creation of Web and tablet interfaces for the use on the move.
WITH THE NEW BUSINESS SOLUTION WE HAVE OBTAINED A STANDARDIZATION OF PROCESSES, AS WELL AS A PRECISE CONTROL OF COST AND INVENTORY VALORIZATION. WE ARE ABLE TO MANAGE CUSTOMER AND PROSPECT DATA IN A SHARED DATABASE AND THANKS TO SHAREPOINT WITH NAV, ALSO DOCUMENTS ARE SHARED BETWEEN ALL COMPANY DEPARTMENTS.
