Zelger has recently completed an important project for positioning and company growth, thanks to redifinition of company processes and the passage from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which will enable the company to lay the foundations for the future and to obtain the maximum customer satisfaction also at a techonogical level.
One of Zelger strenght point is consultancy and customized support offered to customers. The old software did not allow to adapt processes addressed to consultancy and some procedures were duplicated. With the new ERP system Zelger wanted to manage its job in a more efficient way.
In addition to simpliflying workflows, with the new solution Zelger has customized and simplified user interfaces. In this way also less experienced users can use the system in a easy and efficient way. Being a Microsoft software, perfeclty integrated with the other applications, users can work in a environment which is already known and familiar.
