DocCredit is a solution for the management of commercial credit risk (operational workflow and historical behavior analysis), integrated with commercial data banks.

The objectives are:

1. optimization of operational management, through automatic and proactive workflows, e-mail, fax, postel, phone calls and visits
2. analysis of historical behavior, reconstructing the days of delay, the size of the exhibition and the presence of unpaid
3. where possible, financial evaluation from balance sheet data, calculating the probability of default and expected financial performance

The solution is fully integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, thanks to an add-on developed by EOS Solutionst.
