Requirements
As already done globally, the Italian branch of Cubico Sustainable Investments also adopted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from the very start. Over time, business expansion and project growth revealed specific management needs, which were met by integrating the EOS Solutions Apps ecosystem into Business Central.
Complex corporate structure
Cubico manages over 50 companies in Italy that produce energy from renewable sources. Managing such a wide and diversified structure required efficient tools to ensure consistency, control, and data alignment across all entities.

The Solution
- Centralized data management
To meet Cubico’s requests, EOS Solutions integrated the Master Data Intercompany app into Business Central. This solution synchronizes data across different entities, distinguishing between the main company and subsidiaries, enabling data replication, restrictions, and synchronization monitoring. - Security and approval workflows
EOS Solutions also implemented the Data Security app for Dynamics 365 Business Central, allowing Cubico to centrally manage operational and approval workflows for documents and activities — improving control, transparency, and governance across all companies.
